Booking terms

Sample terms for a fictional business, written for this demo. They are not legal advice and don't apply to anyone.

Holds and deposits

We hold an event date for 7 days. A 25% deposit confirms the booking; the rest of the minimum spend is due on the day.

Changes and cancellations

Final guest numbers are due 7 days before the event. Cancel more than 30 days ahead and we refund the deposit; after that, we'll try to move your date instead.

Age and responsible service

Guests drinking alcohol must be 21 or over and may be asked for ID. Our staff may stop serving anyone who has had enough.
